Who these terms are between

Oxygon is made and operated by Roberto Zanon ("we", "us"). These terms cover the Oxygon apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, and this website. By using Oxygon you agree to them. If you do not agree, don't use the app.

You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live to buy a subscription. Oxygon is not directed at children.

Using Oxygon

Almost everything in Oxygon is free and works without an account: recording an activity, building and following a fuelling plan, the pace and fuelling calculators, the race library, and syncing between your own devices if you choose to sign in.

You keep everything you put into Oxygon — your plans, your activities, your training history. We claim no ownership of it. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including your weight, your paces and your fuelling amounts.

Oxygon Pro — the subscription

Oxygon Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It includes:

• Crew live-tracking — share a live link with your position, pace, heart rate, glucose and drift
• Unlimited plans — keep every race you're building in flight at once
• Ask your coach — an AI coach that has read your training and answers questions about it
• Progress & insights — fitness, fatigue, form and durability across your whole history

It is sold in two lengths, monthly and annual, and both begin with a 7-day free trial. The exact price is shown in your own currency on the subscription screen before you confirm, because the stores set it per country — that screen, not this page, is the price you agree to.

Renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, and your account is charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. A free trial ends the same way: if you don't cancel before the last day, it becomes a paid subscription.

Cancelling. You cancel where you bought it — on Android in Google Play → Subscriptions, on iPhone and iPad in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting your Oxygon account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the period you have paid for runs out.

Payment, refunds and price changes. Payment is taken by Apple or by Google, not by us — we never see your card. Refunds are theirs to give under their own policies (Google Play, and for Apple, Apple's Standard EULA and the terms of the App Store). If a price ever changes, the store tells you before it takes effect and asks you to agree. Where you buy a subscription while a free trial is still running, the unused part of that trial is forfeited.

Restoring. "Restore" on the subscription screen re-checks your purchase with the store you bought it from. A subscription bought on one platform's store does not automatically carry to the other.

Training, fuelling and your health

Oxygon Coach is not a medical service and does not give medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training programme. The same goes for the fuelling plans, the race assistant and every number the app produces: they are estimates from a model, offered for your own judgement, not a prescription.

Endurance running carries real risk, and so does what you eat and drink while you do it. You decide what to run and what to take, and you are responsible for that decision. If something feels wrong during a race — and especially on any of the warnings the app raises — stop and get help. Do not wait for the app to agree with you.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Live tracking and your crew

Crew live-tracking publishes your position and readings to a private link for as long as an activity is running. Anyone who has that link can see it — sharing it is your choice, and so is who you send it to. We don't check who opens it.

What we ask of you

• Don't use Oxygon to break the law, or to harass anyone through the crew or chat features
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get at another athlete's data
• Don't resell the service or share one account across many people
• Don't upload anything you have no right to upload

If an account is used this way we may suspend it. If we do that and you had a live subscription, you can still cancel it through the store as above.

Your data

What Oxygon stores, what leaves your device, and every third party involved is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: on-device by default, optional sync on EU servers, no ads, no tracking, never sold.

You can delete your account and everything synced with it from Settings → Delete Account in the app. That deletes the account, not the subscription — cancel that in the store.

Availability, and the app changing

Oxygon is provided as it is. We work to keep the sync service up but we don't promise it will always be available, that a forecast or a third-party import will always arrive, or that the app is free of errors. Features may be added, changed or removed as the app develops — if something you paid for is removed, you can cancel and stop paying for the next period.

Parts of Oxygon depend on services we don't control — Apple, Google, Supabase, Strava, intervals.icu, Apple Health, Health Connect, Anthropic, Open-Meteo and Open Food Facts. If one of them changes or stops, that part of the app may change or stop with it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, for a missed or spoiled race, or for any decision you took on the strength of a number the app showed you. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for Oxygon in the twelve months before the claim.

If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local consumer law gives you, and nothing above takes those away.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change — for example when the app gains a feature that works differently — this page is updated and the "Last updated" date above changes with it. Carrying on using Oxygon after that means you accept the new version.
