Delete your Oxygon account

How to delete it, step by step

• Open Oxygon on the device you are signed in on.
• Go to the Settings tab.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm when asked. There is no undo.

If you can't reach the app — you've lost the device, or you're already signed out — email zanon.robert@gmail.com from the address the account uses and ask for it to be deleted. We'll confirm once it's done.

What is deleted

Everything stored against your account on our servers, permanently and immediately:

• Your email address and the account itself
• Race plans, checkpoints, fuel items and reminders
• Recorded activities, routes, heart-rate traces and glucose readings
• Imported training-session summaries, your coach profile and any training plan built from them
• Saved products, favorites, gear and settings
• Any crew-tracking link you minted, which stops working at once

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is kept after the deletion completes. There is no retention window and no archive — the rows are removed rather than flagged.

Two things sit outside that, and neither is your account data: ordinary server logs, which contain no plan or activity content and age out on our host's own schedule; and anything you exported or shared yourself, such as a crew link you sent to someone who saved the page.

A subscription is separate. Deleting your Oxygon account does not cancel it — cancel that in Google Play → Subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Deleting only some of your data

You don't have to delete the account to remove things. Individual plans, activities and gear can each be deleted inside the app, and signing out stops syncing while leaving what is on the device alone.
